TELESCOPE ZRT-457M
Operation Manual
1 General
The telescope ZRT-457M (telescope) with discrete magnification of 30 and 60x
is designed for observation of distant objects at an ambient temperature of-20
to +50 °C.
Observe the following rules when operating the telescope:
- protect it from rain and sharp impacts,
- after operation wipe it with a soft cloth,
- store the telescope in a dry room at a temperature of not below +5 °C.

4 Operating procedure
Install the telescope on tripod 14 (see Fig. 1) and secure it with screws 4, 11. To adjust the telescope at the required height, raise it together with central support and secure with screw 13. To perform additional adjustment of the telescope for height, raise it with additional central support and secure with screw 12. To make the tripod higher, pull out additional legs 15. Bring the image of the object into sharp focus by turning nut 7. To set magnification of 30 or 60", turn cover 10 through 180° about its axis. To minimize the effect of stray light, put on lens hood 1 on the telescope from the side of objective lens 3. Match red dots on the telescope and on the lens hood.
5 Manufacturer's warranty
The Manufacturer warrants serviceability of the telescope for a period of 5
years from the date of manufacture provided the consumer observes the handling
rules.
The telescope sent for repair should be accompanied with the present Operation
Manual.
