DESCRIPTION:
A nitrate-tester is intended for the estimation (express-analysis) of content of nitrates in fresh vegetables and fruit in home conditions. Not used for vegetables and fruit, passing treatment (drying, freezing, preservation, and other). An analysis is produced on the basis of measuring of conductivity of alternating high-frequency current in a measureable product. A contact with an analysable product is performed by a measuring probe, located under a cap. A nitrate-tester allows to conduct measurings in more than 30 types of green-stuffs and fruit.
